§ A. Name of subdivision.

Latest version.

The name of the subdivision must have the approval of the Troup County Board of Zoning Appeals/Planning Commission at the time of preliminary plat submission. The name shall not duplicate or closely approximate the name of an existing subdivision in such a manner as to cause confusion for emergency services.
