§ F. Easements.

    Utility and drainage easements shall be provided as required by the board of commissioners (see the definition of a drainage easement in Article II, section L.).

    2.

    Where a watercourse traverses a subdivision, drainageway, or natural channel there shall be provided an easement conforming substantially to the limits of such course, plus additional width as necessary to accommodate future construction and maintenance.

    3.

    A ten-foot utility and drainage easement shall be located along the front, side, and rear lines of each lot. The easement is not necessarily maintained by Troup County.
