§ A. Hardship.

Where, due to unusual circumstances, the strict compliance with these regulations may result in excessive hardship or practical difficulties, certain variances may be authorized by the Troup County Board of Zoning Appeals/Planning Commission, provided substantial justice is done, the public interest secured and the variance will not nullify the intent or purpose of the comprehensive plan, the zoning ordinance or these regulations.
