Article III. CONFLICTING LAWS AND REGULATIONS  

If a conflict shall exist between the provisions of this ordinance and any law of the state or any federal law, or any rules or regulations of either, legally adopted and in force, then the more stringent limitation or requirement shall govern and prevail.
